The English Patient Unofficial Homepage is only about the film, but it contains a vast amount of sounds, pictures and filmclips, together with information about and references to the main actors.
This English Patient Website is more interested in the background to the book/film.
In all honesty, I don't know what the specifics are for The English Patient (and others), but I do know that if you're interested in Michael Ondaatje, Michael Ondaatje Information is a good one, though you can also try In Conversation with Michael Ondaatje or Michael Ondaatje Library of Congress Citations.
Entirely focused on the novel is the very handy Lisa Mirabil An Index to Michael Ondaatje's The English Patient, alphabetically arranging all the keywords in the novel, with page references.
Szerelem, Szerelem is not that good, really, and really very similar to The Cave of Swimmers and The Unofficial Homepage, both of which are more complete and better looking.

The Cave of Swimmers is in itself quite interesting, although again it is focused on the film more than the book (actually, it's only about the film). Much the same as the unofficial site, it contains pictures, sounds and clips (though different ones).
